WIMCO St. Barth Properties Announces the Appointment of Victoria Johne as General Manager
NEWPORT, RI (September 7, 2023) – Scott Wiseman, CEO of Nocturne Luxury Villas owner and operator of best-in-class luxury villa rental companies in the US, Caribbean, and Mexico, announces the appointment of Victoria Johne as general manager of WIMCO St. Barth Properties. Johne brings more than 15 years of experience to this position.
WIMCO St. Barth Properties represents 380 private luxury villas for rent on St. Barth. The portfolio ranges from one- to two-bedroom retreats to grand eleven-bedroom villas. WIMCO St. Barth Properties is the exclusive preferred partner of Virtuoso on St. Barth for luxury villa rentals with concierge service. In her new role, Johne will oversee all aspects of the business from leading strategic initiatives to managing day-to-day operations. She will lead a team of talented professionals both at the Newport-based office, as well as a robust on-island concierge and service team of nearly 20 people.

Prior to joining the WIMCO St. Barth Properties team, Johne was a hospitality project consultant, collaborating with various start-up and established hospitality operations, ownership, and management teams to develop and implement operating procedures and service standards. She served as vice president of customer experience at Benchmark Senior Living and has held leadership positions for Inspirato, including vice president of hotel and resorts portfolio from, as well as vice president of hospitality operations and director of hospitality operations. Other leadership positions include director of projects and operations for Seaside Luxe Corporate Office, and director of operations for Hualalai Resort and Kona Village Resort.
Johne holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies from York University in Toronto and is a CCXP Certified Customer Experience Professional. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. She is also proficient in French.
