Position Summary
The Guest Services Coordinator position is responsible for collecting and processing reservation payments, auditing line items for correct charges, and approving guest lists. This position will also respond to all reservation inquiries and guest requests or complaints in a prompt manner. This position will support the Property Services Coordinator by fulfilling work orders and communicating with housekeeping and other vendors, attending maintenance and housekeeping concerns, as well as responding to all guests and owner inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answers phone calls directed to both Guest Services and Property Services departments
  • Approve incoming reservations: review and approve all signed agreements, guest list and reservation-specific details.
  • Process reservation payments (initial and final).
  • Respond to all reservation inquiries, both direct and through Airbnb and VRBO, via text, email, phone (inquiries about
  • Paradise Retreats’ services, early check-in/late check-out requests, property specific questions, modifications to existing reservation dates, etc.)
  • Send access/lockbox details to all incoming guests
  • Input owner blocks if an owner does not use the owner portal
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other vendors to resolve early check-in/late check-out requests and property issues or complaints
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with staff and guests
  • Respond to guests and property owners reported issues and or complaints at properties
  • Create work orders and dispatch technicians to resolve issues
  • Review and take necessary action on property inspection reports
  • Manage maintenance inquiries in a timely manner via phone and email
  • Schedule vendors when maintenance issues arise, or vendor assistance is needed
  • Ensure guests have access codes and resolve any access issues when needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two (2) years of experience in property management and/or real estate, auditing, and payment processing.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and any other related computer programs.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and stay focused.
  • Ability to respond to time sensitive messages and emails in a professional manner
  • Proven track record of integrity and hard work
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly desired

  • Positive attitude with the ability to operate under pressure

Position Summary
Reporting to the VP of Performance Marketing, the Email Marketing Manager owns the day-to-day execution and optimization of one of Nocturne Luxury Villas’ most impactful revenue channels. This role delivers high-quality email campaigns and automated programs that support guest acquisition, retention, and lifetime value growth.

The Email Marketing Manager partners closely with the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to translate lifecycle strategy into precisely executed email programs and works with Brand Marketing Managers to ensure all communications reflect each brand’s positioning, voice, and guest experience standards. Success in this role requires strong executional rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns execution of all email campaigns and automations, including calendar management, asset coordination, approvals, and cross-functional delivery
  • Partners with Brand Marketing Managers to align messaging, cadence, timing, and brand standards across campaigns
  • Coordinates all campaign assets (copy, design, imagery), ensuring seamless intake, review, and approval across stakeholders
  • Builds, codes, and QA scalable, responsive emails using HTML/CSS, ensuring quality, compliance, and cross-client performance
  • Owns email channel performance reporting across real-time, ad hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences
  • Serves as a power user of ActiveCampaign to execute campaigns, automations, and personalization using tags, custom fields, behavioral triggers, and dynamic content
  • Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and scale through automation, reusable frameworks, and process improvements
  • Executes and analyzes A/B tests across subject lines, creative, layout, send timing, and personalization variables to growth and KPIs goals
  • Provides clear campaign status updates and manage priorities to ensure consistent execution
  • Ensures all email programs comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA requirements
  • Maintains strong deliverability, list hygiene, and operational best practices
  • Supports peak-period execution, including occasional nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience coding emails using HTML/CSS
  • Experience working within a major ESP (ActiveCampaign preferred; Braze, HubSpot, or similar acceptable)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and executional excellence
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: $75,000 – $80,000

Bonus

  • Eligible to earn an annual target bonus of 10% of annual salary. The bonus will be pro-rated for the portion of the year worked.

Position Summary:

The Web Developer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and extending a custom multi-brand CMS platform used across multiple websites and business units. This role requires strong hands-on development skills, the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and experience working within shared CMS codebases and production environments.

The position will work closely with an external vendor that originally developed the CMS while owning day-to-day development, enhancements, troubleshooting, and operational stability of internal web properties. This is a highly autonomous role supporting business-critical production systems across multiple brands. Strong communication, accountability, responsiveness, and organizational skills are essential. The environment consists of multiple independent brand platforms with overlapping functionality, shared architectural components, and brand-specific customizations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains web applications using PHP (CodeIgniter), Node.js, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Supports, maintains, and extends a custom CMS platform.
  • Manages multiple websites and environments operating from shared frameworks and codebases.
  • Handles multiple active projects simultaneously while balancing priorities, deadlines, and operational needs.
  • Coordinates with the external CMS vendor on enhancements, fixes, platform changes, and escalations.
  • Implements new features while ensuring cross-site compatibility, production stability, and minimal operational disruption.
  • Troubleshoots production issues, identifies root causes, and optimizes application performance.
  • Uses Git to manage branches, releases, deployments, and rollback strategies across environments.
  • Clones and maintains sites, including UI enhancements requiring strong HTML and CSS skills.
  • Maintains clean, organized, documented, and production-ready code.
  • Follows structured deployment, release, and change management practices.
  • Evaluates production impact and rollback considerations prior to releases.
  • Maintains awareness of uptime, security, and cross-brand stability impacts.
  • Participates in troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents.
  • Escalates critical issues appropriately and communicates status clearly to stakeholders.
  • Proactively communicates blockers, delays, operational risks, and project concerns.
  • Maintains reliable availability during agreed working hours.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills in a remote environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements (Experience, Knowledge, Skills):

  • A four-year college degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional web development experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience working within CMS-based platforms, including custom CMS environments.
  • Experience managing multiple websites or environments from shared codebases.
  • Proficiency with Git and structured release workflows.
  • Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Direct responsibility for maintaining and supporting production web systems across multiple brands and environments.
  • Must be comfortable context-switching across projects and brands.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision and during East Coast business hours.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workload and priorities in a remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $90,000 – $100,000

Bonus
