POSITION SUMMARY:

Nocturne Luxury Villas is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimization of high-impact marketing campaigns. What You’ll Do:

  • Own the marketing calendar and campaign execution. Plan, organize, and manage marketing timelines, promotions, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on time.
  • Drive marketing performance through data and insights. Build and analyze performance reports to identify trends, measure success, and recommend optimizations that improve leads and conversions.
  • Collaborate on high-impact marketing campaigns. Partner with the email and performance marketing teams to develop campaigns that increase engagement, lead generation, and customer lifetime value.
  • Optimize the customer journey. Analyze consumer touchpoints and engagement metrics to identify opportunities that improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.
  • Lead a test-and-learn approach. Evaluate results, run experiments, and recommend improvements using both quantitative data and qualitative insights.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and a seamless experience across digital and offline channels.
  • Contribute campaign concepts aligned with growth goals. Help develop marketing initiatives and ideas that support the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Stay agile in a fast-growing environment. Reassess priorities and adapt quickly as marketing opportunities and business needs evolve.
  • Identify workflow improvements. Recommend ways to streamline cross-functional processes and increase marketing efficiency.
  • Stay current on marketing trends and tools. Monitor industry developments and best practices to keep campaigns competitive and effective.
  • Ensure marketing compliance. Follow brand standards, legal guidelines, and industry regulations in all marketing activities.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives as needed. Contribute to other projects and responsibilities that help the marketing team succeed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
  • Demonstrated success executing marketing initiatives that contribute to measurable business results.
  • Experience using creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar digital design platforms.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Asana or similar workflow platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate customer journeys, campaign metrics, and engagement data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating digital asset production for marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, brands, and stakeholders.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $70,000 – $75,000

Bonus

10% of annual base salary, subject to applicable deductions and withholdings. For 2026, the bonus will be pro-rated for the portion of the year employed.

Overview:
We are seeking an in-house Web Developer to support and extend a custom CMS platform used across multiple websites and brands. This role requires strong hands-on development skills, the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and experience working within shared CMS codebases.
The position will work closely with an external vendor that originally developed the CMS, while owning day-to-day development, enhancements, and stability of internal web properties.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains web applications using PHP (CodeIgniter), Node.js, and JavaScript.
  • Supports and extends a custom CMS.
  • Manages multiple sites and versions running on the same CMS or shared framework.
  • Handles multiple active projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines.
  • Coordinates with the external CMS vendor on enhancements, fixes, and platform changes.
  • Implements features while ensuring cross-site compatibility and stability.
  • Troubleshoots production issues and optimizes performance.
  • Uses Git to manage branches, releases, and deployments across environments.
  • Clones sites, updates UI elements requiring strong HTML and CSS knowledge.
  • Maintains clean, well-documented, production-ready code.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements (Experience, Knowledge, Skills):

  • A four-year college degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional web development experience.
  • Working knowledge of Node.js and modern JavaScript, React etc.
  • Demonstrated experience working within CMS-based platforms, including custom CMS.
  • Experience managing multiple websites or versions from a shared codebase.
  • Proficiency with Git and structured release workflows.
  • Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Internal role with ownership of productions systems.
  • Must be comfortable context-switching across projects and brands.
  • Occasional off-hours support during releases or incidents is required.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Desired

  • Experience working alongside external development vendors.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and environment management (dev/staging/prod).
  • Experience maintaining and modernizing legacy platforms.
